Price – The Price mentioned here are net, subject to prior sales and depending on the availability the time of dispatch. These price are subject to alteration without prior notice, Invoices will be made on the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch.
Taxes- GST will be charged as per the prevailing rule of the Government.
Payments- Supplies are made against cash or payment through Net Banking, UPI or Card Payments. Cash Payments are valid only if the Company’s Official receipts is obtained. All orders should accompany 100% of the value of the order as advance.
Insurance- If expressly desired the goods can be insured at the customer’s cost and charged in the invoice.
Jurisdiction- All disputes are subject to ARRAH Jurisdiction as the case may be.
Breakage in transit- Goods are packed by the experienced hand using the best available material. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for breakage or other loss incurred in transit.
Delivery- All orders of the value of Rs. 25000/- net and above shall be supplied F.O.R., destination by Road Transport.
